On March 8th 2005 during the hours of 9pm and 12pm in the area of the Ocala Forest, Florida close to the intersection of Hwy 40 and Hwy 19 an altercation took place on the side of the road among occupants of a Lincoln Town Car.  Soon after 10 miles West, a motorcyclist riding a Harley (with 2 accompany motorcyclists) was hit from behind, run over and killed.  Eyewitnesses were at the scene of the altercation and accident.
